Q: Where is my Order?
A: We know you are eager to get your items! We work tirelessly to ensure it gets out to you as quickly as possible. All of our Jewelry and Accessory items are sourced from international partners and markets all over the globe as far as Peru, India, Sri Lanka, China, Morocco and right here in North America. Please allow 5-15 Business Days depending on your location. We offer full tracking for all orders and you can reach us at any time support@lovequotesapparel.com
Q: How do I return my order?
A: If you're not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.
Q. Do you offer COD (cash on delivery)?
A. At this moment in time we are unable to offer a cash on delivery service; all orders must be paid for at checkout through either Paypal or our card payment processor (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) prior to items being dispatched.
Q: If there's a problem, can I have a refund?
Definitely! You have 30 DAYS from delivery date, to return / exchange your unused item, for a full refund or full coupon in our shop. If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.

If your item has not arrived, but has been shipped by us and your local postal company claims it was "Delivered", this is not in our responsibility and we cannot refund this transaction. Depending on the case, we can re-send the item free of charge, or give you a coupon to order something else from our shop. "Delivered" items that have not arrived to your door or mailbox, should be solved with your local postal office, as they marked it as Delivered.
Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?
A. We value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.
Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site, will you have access to my bank details?
A. Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Love Quotes Apparel itself does not have access to your card details.
